Smartists Roadmap +
Getting ready for 2022
Getting ready for 2022!
As the end of the year approaches we wanted to thank you for following our steps, and share our Roadmap announcing the work we would like to undertake in 2022 so we can finally launch Smartists.
In 2019, not finding the service I envisioned for authors in other blockchain projects, I thought that it was worth trying to build my own solution-. Today, looking back, I realize what an exciting and challenging journey this has been so far…
I cannot be more grateful to everyone in the Smartists team for all the time and energy invested to get to this point: Tech Advisors Harini and Friedger, Developer Partners Louise and Fhil, Legal Advisor Isabel -. On my side, I am also proud and happy for my contributions: making the very first prototype, as well as providing the legal guidance for the NFTs copyright licenses. I am impressed for all that we have achieved, including being a grantee of the Stacks Foundation.
Now that we are about to have a testable mvp with the essential features and User Experience, we look forward to 2022 as the year for our real launch: building a community, defining our business and improving the development of our services for artists on the web3.
But, to move forward we need funding, and this is the reason I, as author and illustrator, thought of launching a collection of NFTs. My editor, Mirlo, supported the idea, and here is what we are preparing…
1001 Mirlos, unique digital collectibles
to be launched in partnership with Mirlo Music in January 2022
We definitely need resources now in order to build a community of users, a business model, as well as to improve and complete our services... I am well aware that this can only be done with a committed strong team and under the best possible guidance, and this is the main reason for applying to the Stacks accelerator. We will know about the outcome of this process in January.
Feel free to share this newsletter with whoever you think could be interested. We want to grow our community of self-managed artists, as well as we are inviting investors to discover Smartists.
Still grateful for the past months, I look forward to bringing more news!
